applications that may be accessed using our services.

submit recommendations. This information may contain name, email, telephone number, vehicle type, no. your
vehicle, date of birth and location.
When you create an account using a Facebook, Google or other
account, we will access and collect your information on that account which gives us permission to access your
information so we can create a Speedwork account for you. We will also collect contact information from your
friends, if you choose to link your contact and address book information with your account, so you can connect
with your friends when using our services.
We also automatically collect certain information when you
use our services, such as Internet Protocol (IP) addresses (when you use a browser), Operating System, Browser
Type, links that refer to our website, your location (if you enable this feature), and cellphone identifiers (if
you use a cell phone).
You can enable or disable location services when you use our services at any
time. Either by browser or by cellphone.
We also automatically collect certain information through
the use of "cookies." A cookie is a small piece of data placed in your browser that aims to help us
better understand how you interact with or use our website. Most browsers accept cookies automatically. You can
instruct your browser, by editing the options to accept cookies automatically or requesting permission before
accepting cookies from the website you are visiting.

you actually allow Speedwork to see your contact details with the service provider so that they will contact you
directly according to the request you have submitted;

that have been set on your account;
With service providers who have worked with us in connection with
the operation of our services and website (these service providers can access personal data, but only to the
extent necessary to perform services on our behalf and are required not to disclose such information or use it
for other purposes );
We may collect information and not personal information with third parties for
industry analysis, demographic profiles, research, analysis and other similar purposes;
When we
believe that we are legally authorized or required to do something reasonable or necessary to comply with the
law or legal process or respond to legitimate requests for legal authority, including responding to court

information from unauthorized access, however, despite our efforts, there is no perfect or impenetrable security
and no data transmission method that can guarantee against interception or other types of abuse. In the event
that your personal information is interrupted due to a security breach, we will immediately notify you if your
personal information has been disturbed in accordance with the requirements by applicable

Information access
If you want us to delete personal information from our
system, please contact us via email: cs@speedwork.my with a request to delete personal information from our
database. We will give commercially reasonable efforts to respect your application. However, we will keep an
archived copy of your records as required by law or for other legitimate business purposes.
